We are obviously quite partial to this black beauty as it is our own personal home. Like in true ”home builder builds own home” fashion, we moved in long before I was able to get pictures so please ignore the lived-in-ness. This house is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath split floor plan with half finished basement and all custom cabinetry. It was a labor of love for us and we are so excited to share it with everyone.
