So Charles and I have finally figured some things out. We can work on our project house and personal home and get things accomplished. However it did take years to find someone we trusted to help us with projects. Thanks again to Eric with Capital Contractors and Insulation/CCI (737) 430-8018. He is also the owner of Loadstar Junk Removal so weā€™ve been working together a lot. While Charles is kicking butt on the project house, Eric is cleaning out our personal attic so we can turn it into a functional space. All old insulation and crud thatā€™s been sitting in the attic goes away. New insulation comes tomorrow. So happy we are getting more things done at home! Any junk removal, demo, insulation etc call Eric he is a hard worker and wants to help people.

Thank you to Laurie and Gary for trusting us with their updates and repairs. Rot and termite damage had taken its toll to the back of the house. We brought it down to the studs, and repaired the damage to the structural framing. Then we put in new insulation(higher R value) new Tyvek, new windows and siding.

Inside Deno Done!! Again thanks to Loadstar Junk removal and Gerardo.
