Take a look at the before and after photos from this lawn renovation!

Five dump truck loads of fill dirt and topsoil, extensive soil preparation, leveling, seeding, fertilization, and erosion protection went into getting this property ready for new grass.

The strip left open through the lawn allows the cable company to install an internet line. Once that work is complete, Iā€™ll return to finish that area.

Itā€™s a little later in the growing season than Iā€™d prefer, but the groundwork is in place for new growth and a strong start next spring!

Another big lawn renovation project underway!

After several truckloads of dirt were brought in and graded, it was time to tackle soil preparation. Several hours of power raking to break up compacted soil, loosen things up, and prepare a good seedbed.

Next up is seeding, starter fertilizer, and erosion control matting.

While weā€™re getting late in the seeding season, this work will help set the lawn up nicely for a strong start next spring. Looking forward to the transformation!

Big lawn renovation coming up! Five truckloads of dirt have been brought in, and now itā€™s time to get this ground ready for seed.

Next up is power raking and leveling to smooth things out and prepare the seedbed. Then itā€™s go time with seed and fertilizer!

With the fall seeding window winding down, proper preparation will help give this lawn the best possible start before colder weather arrives.

Another big overseed and renovation was completed this week!

This lawn was aerated, seeded and fertilized, with a light layer of peat moss added to thin areas to help retain moisture during germination.

Looking forward to seeing new growth develop over the coming weeks. Itā€™s a process, and this is the first step toward a thicker lawn!

Another lawn looking noticeably thicker after overseeding!

This lawn had some thin spots and needed a little boost. Since overseeding in early September, itā€™s filled in nicely with great color and more uniform growth throughout.

Really pleased with the progress over the past four weeks!

This lawn is coming along nicely after a full kill off and renovation! A few spots are still thin, but theyā€™re starting to fill in as the Kentucky bluegrass germinates and gets going.

Iā€™m pleased with the progress so far and will follow up soon with another round of nitrogen to keep things moving.

Another overseed in the books!

A new concrete slab and plans for a covered porch left this customerā€™s back lawn needing some attention. Now itā€™s time to get things back on track!

I aerated, seeded, and topdressed the bare areas to give new grass a strong start. Looking forward to seeing this lawn fill in and complement the new outdoor space!

A fresh start for a home headed to the market!

Recent work left portions of this lawn needing repair. We prepared and seeded those areas, then installed ErosionTech matting to help protect the soil and seed while new grass takes root.

Looking forward to seeing this lawn green up and add to the homeā€™s curb appeal!
