A light kitchen refresher and LVP flooring throughout the house. This is a customer who I have worked with before and it is always a pleasure to work for again- unfortunately, I think they've remodeled the entire house now 😆

Thomas of Maker Cabinets modified a 90° corner upper to gain more storage in a 45° cabinet, moved the fridge cabinet forward for more accessibility, and modified some lower cabinets into drawer banks. He also swapped the door fronts out for HDF slab doors for a more modern look.

Then Jesse of Bib's Painting laid down some awesome coats of paint that will definitely last longer than the original factory finish.

My son and I installed LVP throughout the areas, installed new base shoe, and installed a blind corner pullout and custom pan rack. Let me know what you think!

Just wrapped this one up out in Garfield. Unfortunately, I did not take before pics! 🙃 Fiberglass insert and floor tear out. The homeowner picked these awesome tiles at Townzen Tile and Laminates and I installed them. An extra-large Sterling tub gives plenty of soaking room. New painted finger joint baseboards to replace the original MDF and Prism grout with added sealer should keep this bathroom looking awesome for years to come!

So, I rarely do drywall work because of my back injury (the side-to-side motion of taping and sanding causes intense pain), but I do like to take on these small jobs from time to time just to prove to myself that I still have it.
Thanks to the Shadow Valley neighborhood for always being gracious and putting up with my trailer being in the way.

A new master bathroom remodel in . This was basically a full redo for accessibility. New LVP flooring, a custom vanity with plenty of storage (Cambria quartz countertop provided by Countertop World, LLC), an Onyx Collection white subway shower for the classic tile look without the maintenance, and an extra-large Kohler bathtub accented by the Sherwin-Williams Tidewater wall.
