2 Brothers Tree Care Inc.

We’re hiring a full-time, year-round Tree Worker to join our crew. This role involves all aspects of tree care, including, cutting, rigging, cleanup, and equipment operation. A valid driver’s license or CDL is required. Pay is based on experience, with opportunities for growth and additional certifications.

Key Responsibilities

Tree Cutting — Perform tree pruning, removals, and rigging using industry‑standard safety practices.
Equipment Operation — Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, bucket trucks, and other machinery.
Ground Crew Support — Assist with brush dragging, log handling, job site cleanup, and supporting climbers.
Safety Compliance — Follow all company safety protocols, PPE requirements, and ANSI tree care standards.
Customer Interaction — Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively on job sites.
Required Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License or CDL — Must be able to legally operate company vehicles.
Physical Capability — Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors year‑round, and perform strenuous tasks.
Experience With Tree Work — Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, forestry, or related fields preferred but NOT required.
Safety Awareness — Commitment to safe work practices in all weather conditions.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Professional Climbing Experience
Bucket Truck Operation
Chainsaw Certification
Rigging Knowledge
ISA or TCIA Training
Compensation

Pay based on experience
