Fun afternoon yesterday with our favorite little “employee”. Weston helped me (his Gigi) create a river rock border in the front of the shop, got to say hi and bye to his Daddy and Uncle Cody when they were at the shop grabbing the trailer, showed Pops his treasures he found while exploring, picked some flowers for his mommy and ended the afternoon with “break time” eating peanuts and circling his wish list for Christmas. Days like these…❤️

We’re finally taking our weekends back. ❤️⚡️

Five months from now, we’ll celebrate 5 years in business.

Starting an electrical business in our 50s took more than we ever imagined—late nights, long days, missed plans, and way too many weekends away from family and friends.

For almost five years, there was always one more estimate, one more call, one more job.

And we’re proud of every bit of what we’ve built.

But we’ve finally realized…

We didn’t work this hard to build a business just to miss out on our life.

So the weekend afternoons only are becoming ours again. ❤️

Family. Friends. Our kids and grandkids. Jeep rides. Pool days. Or doing absolutely nothing.

The work will still be there Monday.

As we head toward our 5-year anniversary, we’re ready for the next chapter…

Working hard—but making time to LIVE, too. ❤️⚡️

We want ALL of our customers to know how much we appreciate you!

🎃A LITTLE FARMER WITH A BIG DREAM

There’s something pretty special about watching a little boy grow his own pumpkins and then get the chance to sell them. 🧡

Next Saturday, our grandson is opening his very own pumpkin stand for the first time!

📅 Saturday, September 19th
⏰ 10:00 AM — WHILE SUPPLIES LAST!
📍 DeSplinter Electric
608 Hanford Street, Geneseo
🚗 Please park in the west parking lot

Our little farmer will have:

🎃 Homegrown pumpkins — limited supply, so come early!
🍂 Little pumpkins & decorative gourds
🌸 Mini zinnia bouquets in mason jars
🍩 Apple c***r donuts
🍎 Apple c***r

Since this is his first year in business, we’re keeping things simple.

💵 CASH ONLY
🧡 ALL SALES ARE BY DONATION

There will be suggested prices, but give what you feel is fair. For him, this is about so much more than selling pumpkins. It’s about learning the value of hard work, taking care of something he grew, meeting his customers, and feeling proud of what he accomplished. 🧡

So take a little drive, stop by his stand, grab a pumpkin and some fall goodies, and help support one pretty special little entrepreneur. 🎃🍁

We have a feeling this might just be the beginning of something he looks forward to every fall. 🧡

Come early, bring cash, and please share to help spread the word! 🎃🍁
