Hello I hope all is well!
I just want to remind everyone,
For all of our clients who typically receive fall cleanup, we unfortunately have had to make some changes this year. This is absolutely not something we wanted to do, but it’s something we need to do in order to keep our business running. As much as we wish we could, we simply can’t work for free.
With the rising costs of gas and oil, increased dump fees, and the cost of labor, our fall cleanup pricing this year will be:
🍁 Seasonal mowing clients: $100/hour
🍁 Non-mowing customers: $125/hour
➡️ 1-hour minimum
These prices are based on us coming to your property, cleaning up and hauling away your leaves.
🍂 PLEASE NOTE: ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR FALL CLEANUPS! 🍂
We do ask that you give us a heads-up when you expect your leaves to be down and you’re ready for cleanup. Unfortunately, we can’t look out our window and know when your trees are ready! 😂 We’re not sitting at home waiting for leaves to fall or waiting around for last-minute jobs.
We cannot guarantee same-day or next-day leaf cleanups when you call. Our schedule fills up, and we need time to plan our routes, equipment, labor and dump runs. So please reach out ahead of time so we can get you on the schedule!
There are also some less expensive options if you’re looking to save a little money! Depending on your property and neighborhood, you may be able to:
• Blow leaves into the woods
• Blow them into the street if your neighborhood allows it
• Mulch them into the lawn with your mower
I honestly don’t anticipate taking on a large number of fall cleanups this year, but I wanted to give everyone plenty of notice so you have time to get quotes elsewhere or make whatever arrangements you need to.
We truly appreciate every single one of our customers, including all of our past customers. Most of you already know the quality of our work, how quickly we get the job done, and the care we put into every property. ❤️
Unfortunately, the cost of doing business has gotten to a point where we have to make these changes just to keep Tough Cuts rolling. The cost of gas alone has been incredibly hard on our business, and we’d much rather make adjustments now and still be here to help the customers who want and need our services.
We’re hoping things improve next year. If they don’t, we’ll give everyone plenty of notice if additional pricing adjustments become necessary, including possible $5–$10 increases on some properties.
We are truly sorry for having to make these changes, and we appreciate your understanding more than you know. Thank you for continuing to support Tough Cuts LLC! 💚🩶💙
🍂 Happy Fall, everyone! 🍂
