Otsego County Judicial Center Update:
All footings are now complete! 😀 We are making good progress on the foundation walls and interior masonry walls, along with some foundation excavations now being backfilled.

Ed Hunt, President of Integrity Construction Services, is on the ballot for the Great Lakes Energy Board of Directors District 4 seat: Otsego, Crawford, Montmorency and Oscoda counties. The voting will open on July 6th and close on August 20th. The candidate profiles will be featured in the July issue of Country Lines magazine which also will have voting instructions, including how to vote online.

Today's update on the Otsego County Judicial Center is last Thursday was our first concrete pour for footings and today we are able to start installing the CMU (Concrete Masonry Units).

HUGE progress has been made on the sitework for the Otsego County Judicial Center which has allowed us to start footings right on schedule! Also check out that blue sky🌞

The Elmira-Warner Fire Station project is now complete, just waiting for the grass to grow! Check out how close the actual building looks from the rendering in 2024. CONGRATULATIONS to Elmira-Warner Townships for making this new emergency services building a reality.

It’s not every week that we start 2 projects in one week!! Monday, we started the Otsego County Judicial Center project and today we started at KIRTLAND COMMUNITY COLLEGE Grayling Campus. This project will consist of renovations to the Phase 1, built in 2016 which will include relocation of the coffee shop and misc. office renovations.

Yesterday was the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the new Otsego County Judicial Center. We are very excited to get this project started!
Here are a few bullet points about the building:
* Single Story Building
* 20,710 Square Feet
* Three (3) Court Rooms
* Judge's offices and supportive administrative spaces
* Friend of the Court
* County Clerk's office
* Separate Prosecutor's Suite
* About 13-14 month construction time frame
* $7.3 million budget

We are happy to announce that the NEW Otsego County Judicial Center is now out for bidding. We have 26 different bid packages. Bids will be due on April 9, 2026. All of the drawings, project manual, and instructions to bidders can be found on our website: www.integrity-construction.com Go to the Resources tab, Currently Bidding and you will find a link to all of the bid documents.

Exciting News! Coming in Spring 2026, a New drive-up only Biggby Coffee will be located at 2029 South Otsego Avenue in Ga***rd. This building was previously a bank and the remodel is currently underway! This will be a great addition to the South side of town. We are excited to be able to provide our services on this project for the Freeman brothers!
