Client send us an AI rendering of what they wanted their new property bordering The Great Smoky Mountains National Park to look like for their daughter’s wedding. Something we have seen a few times, but will be the norm from now on. After 4 months and adequate summer rainfall on a non irrigated property things are looking great!

Synthetic turf can be the perfect solution in high traffic areas while also providing additional usable space when you have limited available area. We installed this turf the week prior to July 4th in preparation for a re-opening for a lot of go-cart and bumper boat enthusiasts.

Foam block cutting was new for us on this project. Crew learned quickly and kept us on schedule. They are back on site this week and have begun planting. More to come when we wrap it up next week. Barky Beaver Mulch

Dameron sending us an update last week from our Songteller Hotel project in downtown Nashville. This is our first project in the country music capital, it has been a learning experience each and every day. A lot of work being done by many trades in a very tight space during a blistering heat wave made for less than ideal conditions, however the crew achieved last weeks goal and are returning this week to finish up bed prep and irrigation work to be ready for plants to arrive Wednesday. Will be posting more updates soon.

Back to our current Home2Suites project we posted about last week. A minor delay of 2 days when the sod farm lost our order 😳! 2 days later and we completed the project just before guests arrived. Stressful!!!Monday will be final clean up, irrigation adjustments and touch up. The new irrigation controller failed Saturday at some point, went by early Sunday morning to check on the sod which was badly needing water(more stress!!) so manually turned on the valves to keep things wet, will replace the controller Monday.
