We haven’t posted in a while. But we are still out here making property’s usable again. We found the property line/fence line for this client. They haven’t seen it in decades! Give us a call to get on the schedule.

We had the privilege of playing in some older growth trees last weekend! What a beautiful piece of property. Super thick underbrush like this will fuel fire and destroy these beautiful trees. Give us a call to mitigate your property for fires.

Another property opened back up and brought back to life. We cleared out thick brush, undergrowth, and overgrown vegetation to create a cleaner, more usable, and safer space while preserving the healthy mature trees.

Steep hills? High banks? Tight spots the big machine can’t reach?

That’s exactly why we added a brush cutter to our mini excavator.

This setup lets us get into places that would be difficult, unsafe, or impossible for larger equipment. It’s perfect for clearing overgrown driveway edges with steep drop-offs, high hillsides, fence lines, trails, and other hard-to-reach areas.

Don’t let brush take over your property just because it’s on tough terrain. We can help open it back up, improve access, and reduce fire hazards without bringing in oversized equipment.

If you’ve got a steep bank or overgrown area that’s been on your to-do list for years, give us a call.

🔥 Wildfire season is here — is your property ready?

Overgrown brush, dead vegetation, thick undergrowth, and ladder fuels can dramatically increase the risk of wildfire spreading across your land. At Elk Ridge Brush Works, we help property owners reduce that risk through professional wildfire mitigation services.

Our forestry mulching, brush clearing, blackberry removal, and vegetation management services help create defensible space around homes, barns, shops, fence lines, and access roads. By reducing fuel loads and opening up overgrown areas, we help make your property safer, more accessible, and easier to maintain.

Whether you own a few acres or a large rural property, now is the time to prepare before fire season reaches its peak.

🔥 New Equipment Added at Elk Ridge Brushworks 🔥

We’ve added a new high-capacity brush cutter attachment to our fleet — perfect for fast vegetation control and property cleanups. Unlike forestry mulching, this attachment works more like an oversized commercial mower, allowing us to clear grass, blackberries, light brush, overgrowth, and trails quickly and efficiently over large areas.

This setup is ideal for:
• Trail cutting and maintenance
• Hillsides and technical terrain
• Field and pasture cleanup
• Fence lines and access roads
• Blackberry and overgrowth control
• Property reclamation and fire fuel reduction

Our compact equipment allows us to work in rough, steep, and hard-to-reach areas while minimizing ground disturbance.

If your property is getting overgrown or you want to open up trails and usable space again, give us a call.
