We're proud to announce the completion of the new Dyer Central Park Amphitheater.

Serving as General Contractor, Pangere delivered this 6,482-square-foot venue featuring a bandshell, performance stage, concessions, public restrooms, and a sound/video control room designed to support concerts, festivals, and community events.

The amphitheater is now open and operational for the 35th Annual Dyer Summer Fest, taking place this weekend. We’re pleased to support this year's event as a sponsor.

We're proud to serve as General Contractor for the expansion of the Powers Health St. Mary Medical Center Outpatient Center in Valparaiso.

Work is underway on this 71,000 square-foot, two-story addition that will expand access to outpatient therapy, orthopedic, audiology, primary care and specialty physician offices. The project also includes renovations within the existing facility to support expanded cardiology and neurodiagnostic services.

We appreciate the opportunity to help deliver this important healthcare facility expansion for the community and look forward to sharing progress as construction advances.

We had the opportunity to share insight into the construction industry, discuss a variety of career opportunities, and highlight the skills and expectations that come with working in both field and office roles.

We appreciate the invitation from the School City of East Chicago and the opportunity to engage with students at an event focused on their future.

We recently had the opportunity to host students from East Chicago Central High School for a Construction Career Tour, giving them a firsthand look at the many career paths in construction and helping them discover where they might fit.

The day began at our Pangere office, where students explored our operations, toured departments such as estimating, project management, administrative, and accounting, and visited our carpenter and fabrication shops. A briefing on safety procedures and firestopping reinforced the importance of safety and quality on every project.

From there, they visited two active job sites. The first was the Powers Health Medical Office Building, a 12,000-square-foot renovation transforming an existing building into new healthcare spaces, including a home health office, medical suite, and upgraded building systems. Later, they toured the Dyer Central Park Band Pavilion, a 6,500-square-foot facility under construction featuring a new band shell, stage area, concessions, storage rooms, and restrooms. At both job sites, students saw trades in action, including carpenters, laborers, plumbers, electricians, masons, and equipment operators.

The group also visited the Central Midwest Carpenters IKORCC Carpenters Training Center, where they were introduced to apprenticeship opportunities and got a closer look at how skills in the trades are developed through hands-on training and real-world application.

It was a great opportunity for students to experience construction firsthand and be inspired as the next generation of skilled professionals. Thank you to everyone who helped make this day possible!
