Handyman: must have own tools and transportation as well as knowledge of basic home repair. Plumbing, patching holes, replacing fixtures, etc.

Carpet/Floor Tech: Someone who can clean, repair and lay carpet....a plus is they do various flooring.

Landscaper/Lawncare: Lawncare on the vacant properties and some landscaping on others.

Roofers: A roofing team that is knowledgeable of roof repairs and preventable maintenance of different styles and slopes of roofs
