This one’s really starting to show its lines — that gambrel roof and wraparound covered deck are going to make for some serious indoor-outdoor living once it’s done. Great work by the crew this week.

✨ Theresa Taylor ✨

Before becoming one of the cornerstones of JLT Construction, Theresa Taylor built a strong foundation in the construction industry, working at Contractors Office and Rosenburg Builders. This photo captures Theresa in her early 40s during those years—just before beginning what would become an incredible 26-year career with JLT.

Over the past 26 years, Theresa has been much more than a bookkeeper. She has served as our purchasing manager, accounts payable specialist, customer relations expert, operations support, and, as many of us would agree, the family’s unofficial therapist. Her dedication, wisdom, and unwavering commitment have helped shape JLT into the company it is today.

Outside of work, Theresa’s greatest pride is her family. She is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoys relaxing with friends, getting lost in a good book, spending time with her family and animals, spoiling her new dog, and counting down the days until September when football season kicks off.

Thank you, Theresa, for 26 years of loyalty, hard work, laughter, and heart. Your impact on JLT reaches far beyond the office, and we are so grateful to celebrate you today. ❤️
