Although we didn’t have the opportunity to start this home from the beginning, the moment we met these amazing homeowners and learned about the unfortunate situation they were facing, we knew we wanted to help.

We rearranged our schedule, pushed back other projects, and got straight to work to give this couple the home they deserved.

A huge thank you to all of our subcontractors and suppliers who stepped up, made time in their schedules, and worked alongside us to get this home across the finish line. We couldn’t have done it without you!

💪🏗️ Big milestone for Project Lisignoli!

70 yards of concrete went into the foundation of this custom coastal home, and things are officially taking shape from the ground up.

A whole lot of preparation, rebar, engineering and hard work goes into getting to this stage — especially when building on the Oregon Coast.

And the future homeowners get one pretty incredible bonus… a view of Twin Rocks right from the property. 🌊😍

Remodeled storefront from the ground up: the Stillwell building 🏗️

Four tenant spaces plus a dedicated office for the building owner, all completed together as one project.

✅ Board-and-batten exterior with custom trim detailing
✅ Three ADA-compliant restrooms
✅ Custom navy built-in cabinetry with wet bar
✅ Individual salon suite with dedicated styling stations
✅ Retail buildout with large storefront glass
✅ Private offices with built-in workstations

This one wouldn’t be what it is without Todd and John. JLT can’t take credit for this alone — their vision, hands-on work, and dedication shaped this building from the ground up, and they deserve real recognition for it.

This one’s really starting to show its lines — that gambrel roof and wraparound covered deck are going to make for some serious indoor-outdoor living once it’s done. Great work by the crew this week.
