​Precision Cut: Standard 3.5" cut (or your preferred height).

​Access: Fenced yards require a 46" gate opening for mower access.

​Overgrowth: Yards over 6.5" in height incur a $15 equipment wear fee.

$15 for the front yard

$15 for the back yard (average-sized yards)

> Note: A 46" gate is required for riding mower access to back yards
We’re happy to use the client's mower if preferred

So just realized for a 42" deck you need a 46" gate to access the back yard. With the gate hinges and the grass shoot on the deck it adds a bit..
