208 Specialties LLC is looking for a motivated right-hand man—someone with real landscaping experience who’s ready to grow with the business, not just work for it. I’m looking for someone who can help me keep jobs running smooth while I focus on bringing in more work.

What I’m Looking For:
• Strong background in landscape construction (pavers, pergolas, retaining walls, grading, etc.)
• Can work independently and lead small crews when needed
• Reliable, hardworking, and solution-focused
• Willing to grow into a long-term leadership role

• Starting hourly pay (based on experience and performance)
