Situated on Old State Street in Eagle, “The 148” is a mixed use structure with retail space on the main floor and residential units on the upper floors. Each unit has a private garage with elevator to the respective floor and balcony.
Structurally, we designed this primarily of light framed timber with pre-engineered floor and roof trusses and supplemental steel to minimize columns interrupting the retail space.
