Though the seasons change throughout the year, our promise on quality workmanship doesn't! This home in Lancaster was recently completed. The old, stained shingles were replaced with new Pewter Gray GAF Timberline HD Shingles. Now this homeowner can go into the cold season knowing he/she has a reliable roof over his/her head!

Not only did this home need a new roof, but they were having a problem with their skylight as well. The sun was reflecting off the skylight and actually melting the siding! Red Well Construction had a simple fix for this problem. We tilted the skylight away from the siding so the reflection will no longer be a problem! This home also received a siding repair, and a new Barkwood GAF Timberline HD roof!
