This house was started about ten years ago and then all work stopped. A new owner has it and has us bringing it back to life. Been a lot of work so far but it’s coming back around. Siding and drywall are next on the list.

Loads of excavation work complete. Many more pictures to come. Here’s some of what has been completed so far. We have installed culverts, built roads, fixed areas for proper water drainage, driveway work and much more. The Kubota equipment has been kicking butt in this heatwave 💪 Kubota Tractor Corporation

Monster shingle roof just completed in this heat wave. New facia metal installed along with removal of the old shingles and on with the new 😎

Job we finished up earlier this year. We have been to busy to post much but check out this beautiful 40x60 shop. It has a 12x60 lean to off one side. The interior has a bathroom framed with a 12x40 mesonine area for storage. We will be coming back to this shop later this winter to finish the entire interior so it can be a conditioned area.

We are looking to hire a full time employee. 40+hrs a week with most work being local to the area. Some jobs will require travel. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation is required. Our team recently finished an excavation job, laying 250 feet of water line and installing a pump in a spring box to feed the home's water supply. We also completed a 120-foot trench for underground electrical power.
