We'll explain what a site visit looks like, walk you through how we'll communicate with your adjuster, explain why your mortgage lender is involved, and what to expect.

Some jobs, most contractors won't touch. We take them on.

Major fires. Complex structural rebuilds. Multi-phase commercial reconstruction. Projects where the scope is complicated, the insurance coordination is demanding, and the margin for error is small.

Storm season is here. If your property takes damage, the first 48 hours matter.

1. Document everything before anything is touched: photos, video, all of it. Your insurance claim depends on it.

2. Open your claim promptly, but don't wait on mitigation. Temporary measures like tarps and board-ups stop secondary damage from piling on. Most policies require you to act.

3. And when you're ready for the rebuild, make sure you're calling a licensed general contractor, not the same crew that handled the cleanup.

Once mitigation was complete, our team managed the full reconstruction, including:

Construction and restoration projects are rarely easy. In fact, we'll never promise that they will be.
