Life of a Plumber! Job hazards lol!

So today I get to go back to a property I’ve been to before. Let’s just say I’m not looking forward to it. And here’s the backstory. Call for a clogged toilet possible mainline stoppage. Get there after dark last call of the day walk around to the clean out outside pitbull on a chain comes out out of nowhere and almost gets me, but luckily, I moved quickly and his chain tightened. Make the decision ,I’m too tired for this crap I’ll come back in the morning. Get there at about five minutes after the sun came up. Crawl under the house from the opposite side of where the pitbull was to inspect a couple things. Done inspecting go to crawl out the other side because not enough room to turn around. As I peak my head out, there’s a guy in swat gear with a rifle pointed at my head while I’m laying down and halfway out. I tell him I’m just a plumber please don’t shoot me. He puts his finger over his mouth as to tell me to be quiet and then waves his hand rapidly motioning for me to get out and go away quickly I’m guessing. So obviously the house with the pitbull getting raided. So I go back to doing my job and just wanting to get the hell out of there. Maybe an hour had went by and I’m all done as I’m putting my tools up. I noticed the unmarked Tahoe in the front yard of that other home is just spinning tires and stuck in the mud. So naturally being the nice guy I am, I offered to help even though they just had a rifle pointed at my head. They said they didn’t need any help somebody from the city was on their way. And that’s kind of the end of that. I wonder what fun stuff will happen at this address today 🤷‍♂️ 😂 wish me luck!
