Clocking in at just over 2,000 square feet, this family home makes every inch count, delivering expansive waterfront living in a thoughtfully scaled design.
Its second-level deck wraps the home from front to back, extending entertaining spaces beyond the walls of the home. Framed by 8-foot picture windows, the kitchen and living spaces overlook West Bay, where every evening ends with an guaranteed unforgettable sunset!

Throwing it back this to a home born from a season that reminded us all to slow down and spend more time outdoors. Designed during Covid, this canal-front retreat celebrates waterfront living with a gorgeous pool, a boathouse, expansive decks and generous outdoor gathering spaces - all made for endless summer days and quiet evenings under the open sky.

Sometimes the renovation isn't about adding more square footage - it's about making the floor plan you already have work better!

For this Pirates Beach home, we worked primarily within the existing footprint to reimagine the bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms. The communal living spaces were expanded to maximize Gulf views while creating a floor plan that feels more open and functions better for everyday living.

Outside, the transformation is just as striking, with a refreshed elevation featuring custom starburst railing and copper light fixtures that give the home distinctive coastal character.

Expansive, sleek and seamless 🙂‍↕️

For this , we’re checking in on this Beachside Village ICF fortress currently under construction with KAI Custom Homes. With standout features like our first-ever chapel, an infinity pool and a third-floor crafting room overlooking the Gulf, it’s nearly impossible to pick a favorite!

If we HAD to choose.. it would probably be this 30-foot sliding glass door and window system by Euro-Wall.

The ultra slim, fixed window system nearly disappears when closed, creating the appearance of a nearly seamless wall of glass while gliding open with almost no effort. The result is an uninterrupted connection between the living space and the Gulf beyond.
