Today, Spradling Engineering donated and installed a bike rack at Our Daily Bread.

After we moved here, we removed the old fence where Our Daily Bread’s patrons had been securing their bicycles. Since we will no longer be allowing bikes to be chained to our new fence, we wanted to provide a safe and convenient alternative and show their patrons that we truly care.

Our Daily Bread is an amazing organization serving people in need here in Galveston by providing meals and toiletries to members of the homeless community. They are currently raising funds to build a new facility that will expand their ability to serve others.

We’ve been on the coast and are headed back home tomorrow, and we’ve been watching the devastation in Oklahoma with hearts that are truly broken. Our thoughts are with everyone affected by this tragedy. If anyone there needs anything from us, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We are holding all the families in Oklahoma close in our hearts during this heartbreaking time.
