Today I had the opportunity to spend some time at a daycare teaching the kids about seeds! We talked about what plants need to grow, planted green beans, and learned how sunlight, soil, and water all work together to help a plant grow. It was so much fun watching them get their hands in the dirt and get excited about taking care of their own little plants!
They named their seeds, and are just waiting for them to grow!

The Plant Nanny is excited to have donated, and planted a native butterfly garden at the Wind Phone for Avita Home Health & Hospice.

Native gardens are so important for our local pollinators, providing food, shelter, and habitat for butterflies, bees, and other beneficial insects. We’re happy to create a little space where nature can thrive while offering a peaceful place for those who visit the Wind Phone.

A little garden can make a big difference! Make sure to stop by next season to see the garden in full bloom.
