My last post on this topic

Most probably saying good lol

This morning was at 197.6.

Maybe 5 more lbs or so to lose but ive been doing weights/workout last 2-3 months. Arm curls, planks, leg lifts, crunches etc to tone up now.
👍🙏💪
My yearly doc apt was this past week.

-off cholesterol and high BP medication! 👌

-sugar went from 2 yrs of 200-490 levels. (Headaches, super thirsty, urinating every 2 hrs)
and A1C of 10
to levels of 80-95 past 8 months. A1C down to 4.6 So that's all good .

Total weight loss now over 84lbs!!

-eating totally different now. Thanks to my wife Jennifer Hedges👩‍❤️‍👨 who cooks for me and has lost even more than I have.

-my clothes from 2x shirts to Large. Jeans 38waist to 32.

My boys seeing them made me wanting to be healthier👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

and my cousin Alex for seeing how your journey has went helped too.
