Here was a fun bathroom remodel. We removed the ceiling to relocate the exhaust fan, new deep soak, with brushed nickel hardware. Grey hexagonal tile with white honed marble floor and niche tile add a clean natural stone look. The cognac colored vanity with the white wainscotting trim add contrast and depth to the small space.

Over the summer we got the opportunity to rebuild a kitchen after a devastating fire. After a long process brought It was completed with a happy customer.

While we worked with the insurance company to complete this job, it was no easy task.
We had to remove much of the roof, some trusses, drywall and framing. We rebuilt the demising and exterior walls reframing for a smaller window, and installing a new sliding glass door.
New siding to fill in the repair work as well as shingles.
New cabinets over a solid vinyl sheet flooring with white trim makes this kitchen seem like home again.

This year has been a busy year for us. Here is a bathroom jobs we completed for a happy customer.

We removed the existing tub and surround to install a handicappable shower base and surround with sliding glass door.
We sanded and stained the linen closet to match the new trim and new flooring to blend everything together.

This was a big project. Initially got tasked to do one bathroom tile installation that transpired to multiple rooms getting drywalled; including the reframing of the kitchen opening, as well as the creation of a master bathroom from nothing. While this project progressed farther than we anticipated at first, we are glad we were tasked to make it right and create such a wonderful living experience.
