Basio Plumbing, Heating/AC and Drain Cleaning is looking to employ a person for the office/dispatch position.
Available to work and have reliable transportation M-F 7:30AM - 4:30PM. Breaks and lunch with possible overtime.
Competitive pay (16 -18 start pay) earn more as you grow and learn more duties. Health insurance and retirement available. PTO time accrued for hours worked.
Having experience is a plus but not required.
On the job training given by the employees that are doing the job now and have 9+ years’ experience.
You will need to be familiar with computers, phones and all office equipment.
Quick learning, the ability to problem solve and multi-task is a must.
Duties
Answering phones, taking detailed notes of the call.
Scheduling calls and estimates, creating work orders, working with computer programs.
Adjusting the schedule as the day/week/month/year depicts.
Ability to work and talk with customers and other employees is a must.
The ability to handle the pressures of this type of work that come from customers, workers and the office.
