This was a project I did a while back in St. Joe that I forgot to post. The old break room collapsed due to snow load and poor Construction! It’s still standing strong! The things you find when going through your photo gallery and deleting!

This is a Bathroom I gutted down to the studs and even a new subfloor, it’s spiffyd up very nice if I say so myself.

This was two bedrooms and now it’s one. The customers down sized houses and needed 16 foot of closet rod so we improvised with upper and lower closet rods in both closets. The bench connecting them will have a custom made cushion so she has a reading nook so of course we had to give her some book shelves for those books.

The House is 100 years old and still standing Strong and has now got a Facelift in the best part of the House. Great Costumers too by the way, my second time back and it’s been fun restoring it but still keeping the Old House feel

This is a House I put new Pella windows in and New siding on. I do Additions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Poll Barns, anything Residential and Lite Commercial additions so if you can think of it I’ll build it! Free Estimates! 39 years Experience!

And here is the finished product, excluding a Pella sliding door to be installed this spring. I would have posted 1 month ago but I seemed to have had my 1st Amendment Rights trampled on again by A certain Billionaire~Whatever!! 😂
