We missed the farmers market today,but oh boy such a long day! Started cutting up meat from 10am and finished at 6pm. That’s a straight cutting and packing job with 6 people working. Glad we got it done. This meat probably will last awhile.

Part of being homesteader! This will feed us for at least a year or so. Long day today,skinned and hanged! Next weekend ...

Been freeze drying raw sheep milk. A gallon of milk gave me a quart of powdered milk. Can’t complain when you have milk more than you can handle to drink. Freeze drying is the best way to go. Done 6 gallon of milk so far.
