It’s getting so overwhelming here..I have to harvest spring crop left and right! 😃 Just this week,harvested potatoes,elephant garlic,yellow onion,potato onion and beets. Blessed and exhausted at same time. Beets and potatoes will can it whenever i could squeeze time.

A huge success on potatoes 🥔
Planted on St.Patrick Day,2.5 months later!!
I couldn’t be more prouder. Planted in raised bed/old boat bed 😄with lots of compost and let the nature took care of it. You can literally grow your own food just need time and effort. 30 lbs or so yummy potatoes.
