Fire escape windows in basement means a safe and legal bedroom. In order to cut through that concrete though sometimes over 14 inches thick takes a special saw with special diamond blades.

We Just finished this egress window system up today in Derwood MD. It features a 4' x 4' twin inswing WITAL window with a tan Rockwell elite window well.
