The sales person was knowledgeable, offered some great suggestions, and I never felt under pressure. Once the contract was approved, I worked with an office staff member on scheduling. He was great. Once the date was set, they stuck to it. I also worked with him as the on site team did removal of the old roof. The office staff member communicated clearly what the on site crew found and the suggested solution. Fortunately for me, no major issues were found. The on site crew continued their work on the roof. They were very professional and respectful. Also very diligent, only stopping for lunch. I observed the progress and was overall very pleased. Clean up was also excellent. After the job was complete, I received a phone call from the office staff member asking if I was satisfied. Thank you to the Brax Team for a job well done!"
