Started this week on our latest project - an 11,000 sf retail building for a special client at Westside in Laurel. Part of a mixed use project with a Wawa and a sold out Ryan Homes community. This building will include a new Chipotle and other great tenants off Van Dusen Road.

Check out one of our latest projects.....an awesome Tenant Amenity space at 1220 L Street, NW. The project included the renovation of two floors of elevator lobbies and core restrooms with elegant 3Form panels and custom marble waterfall vanities. A fully equipped and access controlled fitness center with ADA compliant locker rooms is located adjacent to a state of the art tenant amenity space boasting a conference facility with sliding glass walls and a tenant lounge.
