Check out one of our latest projects.....an awesome Tenant Amenity space at 1220 L Street, NW. The project included the renovation of two floors of elevator lobbies and core restrooms with elegant 3Form panels and custom marble waterfall vanities. A fully equipped and access controlled fitness center with ADA compliant locker rooms is located adjacent to a state of the art tenant amenity space boasting a conference facility with sliding glass walls and a tenant lounge.

We recently delivered a complete refresh of 2600 Tower Oaks in Rockville for Rubenstein Partners. The multimillion-dollar project included a premium fitness center and tenant lounge & café, lobby renovations, conference & Training center, new core restrooms over 7 floors, Spec Suites, exterior walkways and canopy. There are still parts of this Rockville office building that show its age, but Rubenstein Partners hopes modern amenities and its partnership with coworking space provider cove will help it boost occupancy at 2600 Tower Oaks Blvd.
Wrapping up one of our latest projects at Rubenstein Partners Partner's Research Plaza in Rockville. This project encompassed the Main Lobby renovation and secondary lobby creation at the 1455 wing, new conference center and tenant lounge with full-height glass windows overlooking 3 new exterior landscaped island areas with bench seating and ambient lighting. KANE also renovated the interior finishes of all tenant elevators and the elevator lobbies on each floor. We partnered with architecture, pllc to bring these spaces new life!
We would like to acknowledge the passing of NBA HOF Wes Unseld. KANE had the privilege of working with Wes and the entire Washington Sports & Entertainment (WSE) team under the ownership of Abe Pollin to construct their headquarters on 7th Street in 1999. He was humorous, engaging and thoughtful. We offer our condolences to the Unseld family and the members of both WSE and Monumental Sports who were lucky enough to know him. Dennis Kane
