It’s Construction Safety Week!

This week-long annual event serves as a reminder that safety is a top priority. This week we will highlight some of the safety measures we enact to ensure that everyone returns home to their families safely.

Pictured here, our Safety Officer is huddling with his team for pre-task planning. Pre-task planning is a process where we discuss the steps involved in a task, identify the hazards, and put controls in place to keep everyone safe. When hazards cannot be eliminated or engineered out, we move to administrative methods and PPE to keep all employees safe.

The CASEY team recently had our annual leadership meeting at Topgolf, where we spent the day brainstorming and collaborating on significant topics such as client relationships, customer service, core values, and self-leadership. The event was a great opportunity to celebrate the hard work and dedication of individual employees and teams with awards, golf, food, and drinks!
