I have always had a reputation for doing things the right way. I have used design software such as AutoCAD, Microstation, and Land Desktop to aid in the preparation of design for; Grading, Drainage, Roads Improvements and Storm Water management. With over 200 projects under my belt I have worked on projects from the US Capital or Pentagon to planning work on a housing subdivision in Panama.

I have a long list of Engineers, Designers, Landscape Architects, Civil and Structural professional Engineers Contractors, Construction Contractors, Laborers, Master plumbers, Electricians, Installers, Carpenters you name it I can get the job designed, and completed.

I have been an engineering for many years on the Civil Engineering Design end of things. Having managed construction for Commercial, Residential and Institutional projects that included permitting work with Montgomery County, Prince Georges, Anne Arundel, and Frederic County I have more than 20 years experience in Land Development.

I am a licensed Maryland Home Improvement Contractor. We are Insured with 2 mil. of Liability Insurance. We will provide you with a written warranty for any work Southbridge contracts to do.
