Must have vehicle, tools and tin or ss number this is 1099 work.

We offer support, purchasing materials, drop off and trash help if needed.

Work is contract and can schedule around your schedule.

Multiple items:

Framing: Walls, doors, windows, decks, etc.
Drywall repair: Holes, Sheets walls ceiling.
Casing/Trim word: Windows, Doors, Base, Shoe, Crown
Painting: Walls, Ceiling, touch-ups

Other tasks may be needed:
Pressure washing
Mild roofing
Decking
Basic electrical
Tile

Must be able to lift 40 to 80 lbs.
Must be able to follow instructions
Must be on time(at lease 15 min. early)
Must be able to complete tasks on time within budget

We are an established renovation/Remodeling company with many repeat clients.

We work Monday thru Friday, Payday is the following Tuesday.
(Optional weekend or evening work may be available)

We offer Direct deposit, liability insurance and Sick/Vacation leave is available.

MUST HAVE TRUCK/TOOLS

Maintain fleet vehicles, work on project cars.

Drive f450 8x12 dump bed when needed. Assist Project manager.
Maintain clean and organized shop.
Maintain small motors; air compressors, power washers, generators, mower, riding mower. Etc.

Add the following items are a plus:
Auto body dent or rust repair
Welding
Auto painting
Engine replacement

Full or part time, monday through friday.
No retail customer cars.

$20 to 25 per hour. Apply within.
