Today our team is meeting future industry professionals at the Edison Academy Career Experience Fair at Thomas Edison High School of Technology in Alexandria, VA. We talked to students interested in our industry, shared what makes Boland a great place to work, and brought HVAC controls to life with an interactive Control Trainer.

That’s a wrap on another great Talk with Trane! Last week, we welcomed attendees for an informative session on How Air-to-Water Heat Pumps Support Electrification. Mike Silverstein and Ruslan Shylov of Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US, LLC, shared insights on heat pump technology, system design, and applications for commercial and residential projects. Thank you to everyone who joined us and to Mike and Ruslan for sharing their expertise!

Congratulations to our friends at Clagett Enterprises on their smart HVAC upgrades, which delivered major energy savings.

After seeking ways to reduce energy costs at the Crown Pointe II Condo Association, the team reached out to Boland Energy Services to evaluate the system's performance. By implementing the team's recommendations, the association reduced energy use by more than 314,000 kWh. PepcoConnect incentives covered 85% of the HVAC project cost.
