Rand Construction President Jon Couch killed in airplane crash - Washington Business Journal

We are saddened this Monday morning. Our condolences and prayers goes out to the RAND Construction Corporation family. Their President, Jon Couch and his mother died in a plane crash on Friday. Tragic news and we hope the best for the family and friends of Jon and his mother. May they rest in peace.
