Steve & Nicole came across this really cool looking moth. Thinking it was a dead leaf stuck to the planter, he soon found it was a living creature!
I looked it up and found it's a Achemon Sphinx moth. They are sometimes called the "grape sphinx" for good reason: they feed on grape leaves. The caterpillars are huge (about three-and-a-half-inches long) and vary in color from light green to reddish orange, to brown.

If you see any adults or larvae, please squash them immediately.
