I will say that High’s did (I hope) a thorough chimney cleaning of our fireplace. However, they did not do an internal camera check, nor did they inspect the outside of the chimney. A couple days later I contacted them and asked if they were supposed to do those things and the answer was yes, it was included in my charges. I told her they didn’t & asked what would they do? The person on the phone said she would pass it on to management and, to date, I’ve not heard from anyone. Definitely lacking in customer service.
