​Role Overview
​As a Lawn Care Technician, you are the face of our company in the field. Your primary goal is to maintain and enhance the health and aesthetic of our clients' outdoor spaces. This isn't just about mowing; it’s about understanding turf health, managing equipment, and providing top-tier customer service.
​Key Responsibilities
• ​Turf Maintenance: Perform routine mowing, edging, and string trimming to precise standards.
• ​Property Detailing: Execute seasonal clean-ups, leaf removal, aeration, and overseeding.
• ​Equipment Care: Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance on mowers, blowers, and hand tools to ensure safety and longevity.
• ​Client Interaction: Professionally address customer questions on-site and provide feedback on lawn health or necessary improvements.
• ​Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean job site and follow all safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
​Requirements & Qualifications
• ​Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, etc.) and lift up to 50 lbs.
• ​Experience: 1+ years in landscaping or lawn maintenance preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• ​Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. (Note: Applicator licenses for chemicals are a major plus).
• ​Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to operate zero-turn mowers and power equipment safely.
• ​Reliability: Punctual, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a crew.
