Over the past several weeks, we've introduced the four Core Values that help guide the Landscape Management Company team:
Care for Others | Humble | Hungry | Go to Battle
These values are part of a larger vision that was introduced during our Annual Leadership Conference in August:
Our future is growing people and cultivating landscapes.
The conference brought our leaders together to step away from the day-to-day and focus on what comes next.
We worked on our 1-, 3-, and 10-year goals, began implementing the EOS system, discussed new employee retention programs, and held round-table conversations covering everything from sales to customer retention.
And while there was plenty of planning and strategy, there was also time to simply enjoy being together. 🏎️
Our leadership team got to let loose and have some fun at Andretti's in DFW, building relationships outside of the office and job site.
Now the work continues.
The ideas discussed at the conference are making their way back to our teams, our customers, and the properties we care for every day.
The future we're building starts with our people.
