JW Lawncare is looking for an experienced Lawn Care Foreman to lead a crew and run one of our trucks.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead from the front, and knows how to get a route completed efficiently while maintaining our quality standards.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of professional lawn care experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be proficient and comfortable driving a box truck
• Must be experienced operating commercial mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, and other lawn equipment
• Must be able to lead and work alongside a crew
• Dependable and able to show up on time and ready to work
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and good work ethic
• Self-motivated — we’re looking for go-getters who take initiative
• Must be able to work outdoors in Florida conditions

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with real lawn care experience who is ready to take responsibility for a truck, crew, equipment, and daily route.
