Today we're highlighting one of our projects: Roosevelt Square 🐉

Deep Roots led the landscape transformation of Roosevelt Square as part of Gainesville's downtown revitalization, an important space surrounding the historic courthouse and Administration Building.

The project brought new sod, plant beds, and trees for green space, plus a full hardscape upgrade with retaining walls and stone and brick pavers. Beneath the courtyard, a new drainage system ensures long-term durability. Beneath the dragon sculpture, a wave-patterned paver design creates a striking visual anchor.

The result is a welcoming, multi-functional space that reflects Gainesville’s heritage while supporting its future.
