With spring quickly approaching we’re looking to hire.

We’re looking to fill some positions on our lawn maintenance crews.

First position would be someone with commercial experience that could move into a crew lead position. This person would need to be capable of doing all things lawn maintenance related and work well with others in a leadership role. They would be responsible for leading a crew and ensuring that work is being done in an efficient and timely manner as well as paying attention to details to ensure our customer satisfaction is met. Pay will be discussed with qualified applicants.

Second position is a labor position. This position will also be on lawn maintenance crew. Experience is preferred but willing to train the right individual. Duties would be mowing, trimming, blowing and flower bed work such as trimming shrubs, pine straw etc.

‼️ Hiring ‼️

We’re looking to hire a lawn care maintenance worker. We would prefer to hire someone with experience but will be willing to train someone who’s eager to work and learn. Pay is based on experience.

Things to know: we work long days 10-12 hr in the Alabama heat. This job is not for everyone. You will be on a lawn maintenance crew cutting yards and doing flower beds maintenance ( trimming shrubs & putting out pine straw). We start most days at 6am there’s times we start earlier if needed. There is work to be done year round so this is not a seasonal position.
