It has been brought to our attention by multiple people that Stephanie Bailey has been portraying herself as an Owner of our Company, as an Engineer and Land Surveyor. We have had reports from people on LinkedIN, dating apps on social media and word of mouth.

This could not be further from the truth! She worked as a secretary for our company in 2015 and did not even last 1 year.

Areas known to have been spreading her deceit: Florida/Alabama coast, Oxford, Eastaboga, Tuscaloosa, and Pell City

The authorities and Licensing Board have been notified!

CIVIL ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of ADA requirements with ability to design facilities to comply with ADA.
• Potable water system analysis, system design, specification writing, construction administration, sanitary sewer system analysis (pressure and gravity), on-site and community system design.
• Site layout, grading, parking, utilities, roadway, and storm water management design.
• Permit preparation and municipal coordination.
• Support Municipal, Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, Retail and Education developments.
• Field work including site inspection and construction coordination.
• Able to interact with clients, owners, developers, systems managers, government officials, engineering team personnel, etc.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Knowledgeable of the various professional surveying requirements (preferred)
• Knowledgeable of the various methods of stormwater control (retention, detention, bioswales, rain gardens, erosion control, etc.) and conveyance, FEMA, OWR, etc.
• Proficient with Auto CAD, Civil 3D, Microstation, Inroads, Arc GIS, Microsoft Office, KY Pipes, various hydraulic modeling software and other computer software (preferred).
• Three years of relative Civil Engineering experience with knowledge of multi-disciplinary aspect of Civil Engineering (preferred).

The pickup truck in the back ground gives a little perspective as to the size of the excavated volume. This is some cool geology with the strike and dig (titled rock layers)! We’re helping to make Gadsden great, if we can avoid 30” sanitary sewer bypass piping. This is a pit for two automotive presses in case you were wondering. Have a great, and blessed day!

Pickup truck provides a little perspective. That isn’t the biggest part of the hole either ! Some cool geology! 30” sanitary sewer bypass installed beneath the new building is causing us some problems. Need to grout fill. Making Gadsden greater...

Water system upgrades and sanitary sewer system upgrades are substantially complete on South 11th Street at Gadsden City High School. Widening and resurfacing should start in about 3-4 months. Thank you all for your patience during this infrastructure improvements!!!
