⚠️ Storm Traffic Updates ⚠️

This post will be continuously updated throughout the duration of the winter storm, focusing on traffic updates and outages in Apex, NC.
** Notice: Apex Public Works has already and will continue to treat the roadways. For more information on how/when the Town of Apex treats its roads for inclement weather, please visit: apexnc.org/2044/Snow-Removal
Road Closures:

Remember:
🚨 If you come to a stoplight that isn't working, you should treat it as a four-way stop and come to a complete stop before entering the intersection.
🚨 If you can avoid driving during the time of the storm (starting roughly Saturday evening, 8PM 1/24 through early next week) you should. If trapped in your car on the roads, then stay inside and call 911.
🚨 If you come across downed power lines, you should assume they are energized and dangerous and stay at least 30 feet away. You should never touch a power line with your body or objects, as electricity can travel through conductive materials like water, metal, wood, aluminum, string, and plastics.
