NOW HIRING: Sales & Production Technician
Expressive Inks LLC — Wall & Floor Printing
We are looking for a motivated, dependable Sales & Production Technician to join our wall and floor printing business.
This is a commission-based opportunity with the potential to grow into something much bigger for the right person. You will be involved in the entire process—from finding customers and making sales to preparing artwork, operating the printer, maintaining the equipment, and completing projects at the customer’s location.
What You’ll Do
* Generate new business and develop relationships with residential, commercial, and other potential customers
* Sell wall and floor printing services and follow up with potential clients
* Communicate with customers and help determine their printing needs
* Prepare and edit artwork/files for printing using Adobe Photoshop
* Operate and maintain wall and floor printing equipment
* Travel to customer job sites and set up equipment for printing
* Complete high-quality wall and floor printing projects
* Perform routine printer maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting
* Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
* Photograph completed projects for marketing and social media
What We’re Looking For
Required:
* Experience with Adobe Photoshop
* Strong attention to detail
* Dependable and reliable
* Self-motivated and able to work independently
* Good communication and customer-service skills
* Comfortable making sales and developing new customers
* Reliable transportation
* Ability to travel to job sites
* Ability to safely move and set up equipment
Preferred:
* Pickup truck or SUV
* Experience with large-format printing, graphic design, sign work, murals, or similar production work
* Sales experience
* Experience working with commercial customers or contractors
* Basic mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills
* Experience with social media marketing
Compensation
Commission-Based Position
Your earning potential will be directly related to your ability to generate sales and successfully complete projects.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build a customer base and earn based on performance, rather than being limited to a traditional hourly wage.

We are open to discussing a potential arrangement where the successful candidate could eventually purchase the printing equipment and operate their own wall and floor printing business.
The goal would be to create a path for an ambitious individual to go from commission-based sales and production to owning and operating their own business, subject to mutually agreed-upon terms.
