Wasps love protected spaces with little traffic.

If it feels tucked away, they’re probably checking it too.

Common hotspots include:
• Under deck rails
• Inside light fixtures
• Around outdoor furniture
• Behind shutters
• In the eaves

If you'd like a thorough wasp inspection, call us.

⁉️ Did you know that a new wasp nest can start the size of a golf ball.

Don't ignore a small nest and think it will go away on it's own - it won't.

A quick visual check once a week can stop a problem early.

Knocking down a tiny starter nest (when safe to do so) makes a big difference.

If things start to get out of control, call us to help you.

☀️ By now, wasp activity is picking up around your home.

And most people miss the most important part.

Seeing a wasp this time of year usually means there’s already a nest nearby.

Wasps remember good locations.

If your home worked for them last year, there’s a strong chance they’ll come back to the same spots again.

That’s why summer is the best time to stay ahead of it. Call us for an inspection if you see a random wasp or two hanging around.

💡 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺:

🌿 Look at what touches your home.
Tree branches against the roof create bridges. Mulch piled high against siding holds moisture and hides colonies. Keep mulch a few inches away from the foundation. Trim plants back. Create a small dry zone around the house.

🐜 Watch for the scouts.
One ant on the counter means a colony is close. Wipe the area with vinegar or soapy water. Plain water will not remove the scent trail. The trail brings reinforcements.

💧 Check for hidden moisture.
Look under sinks. Check around dishwashers. Feel around window sills after rain. Damp wood and tiny leaks are magnets. Fixing a slow drip can stop a full invasion.

🛠️ Seal more than you think you need to.
Sugar, pet food, and even bread crumbs in a toaster tray feed ants for weeks. Store pantry goods in sealed containers. Vacuum cabinets and pantry shelves, not just the floor.

If you see any ants at all inside your house, call us right away and we can help you.

💦 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄: Ants do not only come inside for crumbs.

They also come inside for moisture.

That is why clean kitchens still get ants.

If you see one, two or even a few ants, call us to help find and eliminate the colony.

🐜🐜 It doesn't seem like a big deal, but one or two ants in your home signals that the colony is close by.

These ants are most likely scout ants sent to find food and water for the colony.

If you spot the scout ants, call us right away so we can track down the colony and start treatment for you.

𝟯 𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱:

1. Mosquito Reduction Program: Our mosquito reduction program cuts down on the adult mosquitoes in your yard.

2. Dump standing water: After it rains, take a quick walk around the yard. Check buckets, flowerpots, tarps—anything that can hold even a few inches of water. It doesn’t take much for mosquitoes to start a family.

3. Clean your gutters: Clogged gutters trap water and turn into prime mosquito real estate. Keeping them clear helps break up their breeding cycle and keeps your yard more comfortable.

Call us to have fewer mosquitoes now and all year long.
