**Important message **

This is for people in the 4 state area. As you know, we have had a very warm and windy winter to this point. Today is the start of a prolonged cold period with some extreme cold temperatures along with quite a bit of wind. If you have a raised foundation home, please do a quick walk-around and check your foundation vents to make sure they are still closed. With such cold temps and strong winds, pipes wont take long to freeze if you have any openings in your foundation. If you have a vent door that has broken, simply fill the opening with something like a board or a piece of sheet insulation.

Just a friendly reminder to everyone out there to clean the coils on your condensing units from time to time during the air conditioning months. The pictures below are of my own condensing unit. The picture on the left is what can happen when not rinsed for a while. The picture on the right is after rinsing. For those that have never done this…..simply get your garden hose out and spray the coils until clean. Dont use a pressure washer or any spray nozzle with a high pressure as that could lead to damage of the coils. Luckily mine wasnt to the point of not cooling, but it doesn’t take long to get to that point. Mowing, w**d eating, and cotton from cottonwood trees are the main culprits that cause this to happen. We have been extremely busy this past year! 2023 was an amazing year for us! Unfortunately, we forgot to take pictures of numerous projects we did. We do have some more to share, so we will start with this small new investment property that we built for some truly great people! They actually allowed us to work on this at our own convenience as we were working on multiple other projects at the same time! We’re very grateful for them working with us and putting up with our crazy schedules! Happy New Year to everyone! Hope 2024 is great for all of you!
