DIY Maintenance to KEEP COOL this summer:

*Replace the filter: Check filters monthly and replace them every 1 to 3 months.
*Clear outdoor debris: Keep grass, leaves, and shrubs trimmed back at least 2 feet from the unit.
*Rinse condenser coils: Gently spray the outdoor coils with a standard garden hose from the top down.
*Avoid power washers: High pressure will permanently bend and damage the delicate aluminum fins.
*Clear the drain line: Flush the indoor condensate line with white vinegar to kill algae and prevent water backups.
