Today, we tackled a leak at a client’s facility! Our technician quickly pinpointed a leaking water supply line in the drive-through bay. After discussing options with the client, we got approval for a full investigation to sort out the water flow and shut-off valves.

Things got a bit tricky when the lift was occupied, but our tech didn’t let that stop him—he successfully found a shut-off valve in a storage closet to isolate the water. We wrapped up for the day and scheduled a return tomorrow to finalize everything and get those repairs rolling.

Hey everyone! Today was a wild one at a client’s place by the pool! 🏊‍♂️ We tackled a clogged drain situation and found FOUR drains all stuffed up! After getting the go-ahead, we started with our trusty sewer machine but hit a massive 50-foot blockage. So, we switched to the snake and uncovered a HUGE root ball! 😱 We yanked out 5-6 feet of roots, but some stubborn bits are still in there. Looks like we’ll need to bring in the big guns next time. Stay tuned for round two! 🛠️💦

Just wrapped up another project! 🚧 Kicked things off by shutting off the water and yanking out those old water heaters like pros. Capped the supply lines, but plot twist: the irrigation team had the water shut off, so we couldn’t test for leaks yet. We'll be back for that!

Day two? We disconnected gas lines from the A/C and left things open, just chilling for the next step. When we turned the water back on, guess what? No leaks! 🙌 Pro tip: check your faucets! Found a sneaky bad cartridge letting cold water escape from the hot side 🤦‍♂️. Swapped out the angle stops, and now it’s running smoother than my morning coffee!

Hey everyone! 🚽 So today was all about prepping our restrooms for some exciting upgrades! We sealed up the drains to keep any sewer gas from sneaking out—gotta keep it fresh! 😅 After that, we removed the sinks and set them aside to keep the place neat.

After the backing was done, we reattached the sinks and tested things out. The back restroom surprised us with low water pressure, but a quick clean of the aerator did the trick—now great pressure and no leaks! Feeling like plumbing pros! 🙌

Just wrapped up a busy day on-site! 🎉 Tackled a clogged urinal in the upstairs men’s restroom with a chemical solution and a sewer snake—now it’s flushing like a champ! 💧 We also assessed leaks in two kitchen sinks and a mop sink, ordering parts for future repairs while sealing a functional sink. To top it off, we saved the day again by rescuing a fork stuck in the garbage disposal. All in a day’s work!

We successfully excavated and installed approximately 80 feet of new 1 1/2" poly gas service line on the parking lot side of the restaurant. Our team also installed two new gas risers along with a tracer wire, ensuring a complete and compliant installation. We coordinated the necessary system pressure testing and inspection, prioritizing safety and adherence to regulations. After passing inspection, we carefully backfilled the trench and restored the area to its original condition. We advised the restaurant to contact Atmos to facilitate the gas service reconnection.
