Our customer’s insurance company originally denied them for their roof replacement. With our experience we were able to help them go to appraisal and not only get a full roof replacement approved, but also new gutters, metal dormers, window screens and pressure wash and staining of the garage doors, and pergola. These days a lot of insurance companies are saying no, at Havel Roofing we fight for you and can guide you in the appraisal process so you receive a YES!! Our customer also upgraded to a CertainTeed Climaflex Class 4 shingle, which gives them a discount on their insurance! So it’s a Win Win all the way around! Joseph Havel

This was quite the project in Plano! Complete roof replacement with Class 4 CertainTeed Climaflex shingles, power wash and stained the fence, new gutters and downspouts and a custom built patio with ramp and handrail.

The work has only just begun in Prosper today! We are doing a complete roof replacement with Landmark shingles. Installing new gutters and downspouts, garage doors and window screens. Stay tuned for the finished product!
